Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Plate from 1890’s

This incredibly detailed and brightly colored porcelain plate has many hand painted details and florals on the top with a bright pink color towards the edges. Includes a hand written note on the back from 1896. In great vintage condition, does has some age spots but no chips or cracks.
